FEMS updates: August 10, 2026 to August 24, 2026

New and improved

Student panel: Students can review attendance in a monthly grid and view a clearer class routine. Both views have dedicated print pages.
Parent portal: Guardians can see their own profile, view linked children, and switch between children from the student-panel header.
Student attendance entry: Teachers and authorized employees can edit a day directly from the monthly attendance grid and record a reason for the change.
Student reports: Administrators can review active and inactive student totals by session, campus, class, and section.
Employee ID cards: The redesigned employee card includes the employee barcode and a clearer printable front face.
Student leave: Students can submit attendance leave applications and follow their status. Authorized employees can review and decide them.
SMS: Recipient totals now match the messages prepared for sending, including standing notification recipients. Administrators can also review and maintain that recipient list.

Reports and email: Supported reports and school emails now resolve the correct institution name and letterhead at the time they are created.
Printing: Supported attendance, syllabus, and Material Distribution print actions now open in a separate browser tab, keeping the working page in place.
