Customer-facing changes added to FEMS from July 11 to July 25, 2026.

Notifications: A notification bell and inbox now link people directly to leave decisions, approvals, and published updates that need attention.

Student panel: Students can open a Learning Hub for classwork and a communication inbox for school messages.

Newsletter: Authorized employees can compose and schedule newsletters for students, parents, employees, or alumni, including optional attachments.

Transport: School employees can manage routes, drivers, vehicles, assignments, requests, maintenance, fuel, and transport reports in the FEMS interface.

Alumni: Schools can add alumni applications, receive website applications, and manage alumni records in FEMS.

Student payments: Students and parents now have one Payments area for dues, payment history, concessions, service fees, and transport charges.

Employee records: HR employees can start an employee record as a draft and finish it before activation.
